CMS Open MRI opened in 1995 as a small outpatient diagnostic center in Miami, Florida.  Today, we are proud to be recognized as one of the most complete multi modality centers in South Florida.

The founder of the company Jose Ignacio Diaz understood the importance of growing, in order to meet the needs of our patients.  After 16 years of service, we continue to develop relationships with referring physicians throughout the South Florida area. We consistently work hand in hand with physicians to provide the most comprehensive patient care.

Our board certified radiologist is always available at our center.  Our radiologist is committed to maintaining standards set forth by the American College of Radiology.
